Oysters
Local Food
Out here we have an awful lot of Japanese oysters. They where a part of an experiment out here in the shallow sea.
Like most experiments, the project was abandoned. However, the oyster stayed and is now a delicious local food.
The photograph was part of a video I made in 2011 for a presentation of our region in Fulda (Germany).
